Not to be left out, Lululemon Athletica, as well as watchmakers Omega have signed deals for outposts at Brookfield Place, Commercial Observer reports.
Both stores will be roughly 3,000 square feet, with Omega's in the winter garden near Hudson Eats, and Lululemon's in the courtyard next to Jose Garces' tapas. With the countdown to a late-March 2015 opening well underway, along with growing competition from Westfield World Trade Center, the question of who'll snatch up the remaining 10% of retail space is heating up.
