French label Zadig & Voltaire—known for its ultra-thin cashmere sweaters and ultra-expensive slogan merch (here is a $180 sweatshirt that says "ROCK," in case anyone doubts your ability to do so)—is opening up its fifth New York outpost inside the International Olive Building at 453 Broome Street. The store's debut, which was originally set for the summer of 2013, will join the booming Soho stretch by mid-2015.

In a très bizarre move, Zadig & Voltaire is keeping its Mercer Street location, which is a mere two blocks north, and it's among the retailers headed to the Westfield World Trade Center mall. Hey, someone's gotta keep those "Where to Shop Like a French Girl" articles coming.
