GREENPOINT—Brooklyn brides, take note: Toasted, New York's largest indie wedding expo, returns to the Brooklyn Night Bazaar next Sunday, November 16th from noon to 4pm. It'll have the expected dosage of twee handmade crafts, demos on DIY projects, silly photo booth fun, giveaways, and live wedding bands and DJs, along with booths for indie photographers, videographers, florists, caterers, hair and makeup stylists, dress designers, venues, and more. Advance tickets are $8, available here, or $12 at the door—provided there are any left.
SOHO—Norwegian onesie designers OnePiece have launched their first New York pop-up, open daily through January, but if you're big on Instagram, you might want to head over in the next week: The all-onesie store has unleashed something called "Social Currency" upon the world, meaning that through November 17th, shoppers will be able to connect their various social media accounts to OnePiece's ambassador system, in which every 500 followers is equal to $1 off a onesie. For the record, it'd take 44,500 of them to equal the cost of their cheapest onesie.
