Spas: Normally sanctums of peace and serenity. Not so at Body by Brooklyn, a Clinton Hill spa that has been throwing giant, boozy, blow-up-doll-infused ragers on Sunday (!?) nights at The Chocolate Factory. Naturally, neighbors are not pleased. Quipped one building tenant: "That spa is basically ruining my life." The parties, which combine the spoils of both spas (saunas, fancy health food, hot tubs, pools, mandatory bathrobes) and parties (cigarettes, "rotating DJs," guitar-shaped balloons, bikini hula hooping, etc.) may still rage on unhindered, however—neither the police nor the State Liquor Authority have taken action.
