While the rest of us may be enamored with & Other Stories—from the Parisian-like store aesthetic to the dresses that feel luxe but cost less—Alexandra Jacobs lies in a different camp. "Though & Other Stories is full of attractive design, something there was bothering me, though I couldn't quite put a finger on it...Maybe it was the many silhouettes that looked vintage but, despite all this strenuous solicitation of narrative ("share your stories"), lacked actual earned provenance." She plans to return her sweater from the Sadie Williams collaboration. [NYT; Previously]
