We can't think of a better way to end a Monday than "breaking out and letting loose," and that's exactly what Brukwine means. Join us on November 17th at 7:30pm for a free class with Tavia Bailey and Tamara Marrow, the founders of the Caribbean-influenced dance cardio workout featuring Dancehall and reggae music—plus lots of waist wining and booty shaking.
Class is taking place in Room 16E of the Ripley-Grier Studios at 520 Eighth Avenue. Participants should arrive 15 minutes early for the hour-long class in comfortable gear: leggings or shorts and a tank top are recommended, as is a hand towel and water bottle for all the sweating we'll be doing. As for footwear? Choose between regular sneakers, sneaker wedges, or even heels—"'whatever you feel sexy in goes' is our motto," Tamara told us.
Want in on the action? We've got 25 spots to fill. Send an email here with the subject line "Racked Fit Club" and your name in the body of the email. We're accepting participants on a first-come, first-serve basis—and sorry, we can't accept reservations for friends; each person who wants to attend must send a separate email. Anyone who sends an email after the class is filled will be put on the wait list, and we'll notify you if space frees up.
