Baz Luhrmann to Throw Rager in Central Park Zoo for Barneys

Not only will eccentric film director Baz Luhrmann and his costume designer wife Catherine Martin take over the Barneys New York holiday window displays this winter, but they'll also be co-hosting a massive, "A-list" launch party in the Central Park Zoo, of all places.

Page Six reports that the duo will transform the zoo into a "fairytale wonderland" for the November 13th event, filled with "fantastical characters, woodland creatures, ice skaters, snow owls and candy canes." One would hope the affair will run more smoothly than last year's cancelled party for the Jay Z collab.
