No. 6 x Ace Hotel Collab Inspired by 'Scamps,' Peppermint Patty

The Ace Hotel and No. 6 have teamed up on a line of travel-ready basics inspired by "scamps," "tomboys," and their cartoon patron saint—Peppermint Patty. Which makes sense. Not only did the Peanuts character know when to put perpetual downer Charlie Brown in his place, she did so wearing some very 2014 flatform sandals and Bermuda shorts.

The collection, which is available at the Ace's West 29th Street gift shop (as well as Shop.AceHotel.com), features two jackets ($475), a collared dress ($320), a jumpsuit ($345), a leather pouch ($79), and a pair of nubuck wedge clogs ($285). "I constantly struggled with packing for myself. I loved the challenge of coming up with a collection of basics…that would be perfect for any trip, any condition and anytime," Karin Bereson, owner of No. 6, said of the lineup in a press release. Actually becoming one of those one-carry-on-bag-filled-with-six-items travelers is a different story, but at least No. 6 and The Ace have laid out some instructions.
