Just because everyone's clamoring for space in the Financial District these days doesn't mean the city's stalwart shopping districts are old news. In fact, Madison Avenue just gained three new stores. First up is Santoni, the Italian leather shoe brand that returned to the street last week after a years-long hiatus, this time at 762 Madison Avenue.
Next up is Rimowa, opening today at 535 Madison Avenue—it's the luggage purveyor's first standalone store in the city and features an exclusive collaboration with Neville Wakefield. And later this week, the street will welcome Hueb at 717 Madison Avenue—It's the Brazilian-based fine jeweler's first venture in the United States.
