Something queer is going on at the Key Food on Fifth Avenue and 12th Street in Park Slope—a mysterious handwritten notice was found on the door that read "Key Food will be closed till [sic] November. Thank you for shopping." A witness described the scene: "I peeked through the gates and the store looks totally creepy ... like everyone stopped what they were doing and ran out. The power is turned off and there's still a box of Entenmann's donuts near one of the register." A commenter, however, explains that the closure was supposedly due to an electrical issue.
