Why so serious, yoga clothes? Looking to inject some humor into apparel that's meant for an empowering and stress-relieving activity Syncstudio instructors Katie Vohwinkel and Katharine Lucic (a Hottest Trainer nominee this summer) have created Live Ohm K, a made-in-NYC line featuring cute shirts with phrases like "Kick Asana," "Rock Ohm," and "You Ain't Nothing But a Down Dog."

"We want to start a wellness trend that promotes empowerment through positivity and feeling good about where you are, who you are, and what you look like right now," Lucic told Well + Good. "A feeling that you're 'Ohm K.' It's all 'Ohm K.'"

Their first collection also includes leggings, sweatshirts, and canvas totes, many featuring sketches of an elephant, a Marilyn Monroe-esque head on a body doing yoga poses, and—naturally—the ohm symbol. Shop it online here, and be on the lookout for local trunk shows via the brand's social media accounts.
