We now know when Condé Nast will commence the great schlep to One World Trade Center from midtown: Starting November 3rd, editors will begin trickling down on a rolling basis through January. We already know where they'll be sitting—Vanity Fair's Graydon Carter will be on 41 and is the editor "closest to God," while Ms. Wintour will be on the (relatively) hellish 26th floor.
