GREENPOINT—Support the local artisan community with Greenpoint Open Studios, a weekend-long celebration where artists open their studio doors to the public. Support the local scene with DJs, BBQs and, of course, art all weekend long. Hit up the opening party at Dirck the Norseman tomorrow between 8pm and 11pm (RSVP first), and see more details about the weekend here.

EVERYWHERE—This month, Anthropologie wants to reward you for cleaning out your closet. From October 3rd to the 19th, bring your new or gently-used women's and children's sweaters to any city store location as part of the annual Cozy Drive. Sweaters will be donated to local shelters on your behalf, and you'll receive a $10 Cozy Card to use on any full-price apparel. See here for a list of store locations.

EVERYWHERE—First the closet, now the drawers For the month of October, Intimacy will be hosting a bra drive to benefit Free The Girls, a non-profit that provides job opportunities to survivors of sex trafficking. Bring in wearable and laundered bras and receive $10 off your next purchase for each bra donated. See here for a list of store locations.
