The New York City Marathon inspires lots of things—including fashion. Seattle-based Brooks Sports Inc. has designed a limited-edition, "New York City–inspired" running shoe that'll be on sale for $130 starting October 27th, one week before the marathon. It's cool and all, but if you ask us, a New York City–inspired shoe would probably not be one you'd want—or even be able—to run in. [WWD]
