Marissa Webb, Banana Republic Designer, to Host Sample Sale

Here's one of just several recent additions to our exploding sample sale calendar: The annual Marissa Webb sale returns to the designer's Greenwich Village showroom on Friday, October 24th. Shoppers will find deep discounts on the spring 2014 line, as well as select pieces from past collections.

Haven't heard of her? She's responsible for some of your favorite J. Crew pieces, as she was the brand's former womenswear designer. And while she's now making a splash as the executive VP of design at Banana Republic (a role she took on this spring), she's still had time to create beautiful pieces for her eponymous brand that started in spring 2013 and earned her a semi-finalist spot in last summer's Racked Young Guns competition.

A commenter from last year's sale told us that "the Marissa Webb sample sale was a stress-free shopping experience," filled with plenty of samples that started at $25 and Marissa herself sitting at the cash register. For more sale details, head to the Dealfeed below.
