Training with an instructor at a group fitness class is like working out with a super fit friend who, hopefully, has great taste in music. Trying to replicate those playlists at-home is another story, which is why we'll be posting one a day from some of the city's best studios. First up: SYNCSTUDIO in Williamsburg.
Their playlist includes songs like "Pop Dis" and another from an album called Assquake, plus Ciara's "Body Party" remix, so if closing your eyes and envisioning you're in a club works to get you moving, this one's for you. The fourth to last track, "Can't Feel My Knees," is a pretty good indicator of how you'll feel after one of their cycling classes.
