Feeling the post-holiday blues yet? New York City stores want to cheer you up. We've rounded up a list of 31 winter sales that have found their way to 2014. This includes updates from our department and boutique sales lists from last week—that includes Henri Bendel, Bloomingdales, Opening Ceremony, and Oak—as well as some new finds from places like Ted Baker and Helmut Lang.
