The Kathryn Amberleigh showroom in the Meatpacking District is currently hosting the brand's first-ever clearance sale. You'll find one-of-a-kind or sample shoes that have never gone into production, as well as many of the current styles you can find online. The brand's shoes normally range between $195 and $400, but there are some amazing deals here—prices start at just $10 and topped off at $100.

When we got to the showroom last night, there was a substantial amount of shoes and barely any shoppers—could it be the cold? If you're still on the fence about going, take a look at the photo gallery to see if it's worth your while. There's probably more than 100 different styles and colors of shoes available, organized by price ($10, $20, $30, $50 and $100) and size range. Smaller sizes dominated most of the sale—If you're a 6, you should definitely check this out.

At the $10 price point, there were three shelves lined with some lambskin and cowskin cutout flats in white, black, and moss with gold or silver hardware. A small pile of pumps (including a variety of these Girly Pink Snakeskin pump for $20 (originally $375). These cute cotton-knit covered wedge shoes were also $20.

Other standouts are these Blue Goat Suede bootie style pumps for $30 (originally $285)—but we spotted just one pair! These goat suede pumps for $30 came in blue and red, and were well-stocked in size.

For $50, there was a pile of tall suede boots in different styles and colors near the entrance—this means it's hard to find a style you like in your size, and then you have to find its match! On the other side of the room, there were a bunch of these limited edition cracked booties in several colors going for $50. Snakeskin pumps were in brown and white were also $50.

In the $100 section, the shoes were in better condition and marked "handcrafted," although we were told all the shoes were handcrafted. The styles and size were very limited here. We think these linen booties are quite cute. Other styles include these genuine metallic snake skin tipped booties, these blue goat suede sandals, and these black snakeskin pumps that can easily match anything in your wardrobe.

There are a couple of things to look out for: Since some of the shoes have been on store display or sitting in a warehouse for a long time, there are signs of fading or wear. But we found most of the shoes to be in good condition.

At these prices, it's worth stopping by. Both cash and credit is accepted, but credit requires a minimum purchase of $50. We were told all shoes were out and there will be no re-stocking or markdowns. See the Dealfeed below for more details about location and hours.—Hsini
