Local Park Slope families are chipping in to support Karen Paperno, a store owner who "has helped thousands of breastfeeding women find the support they need by fitting them with nursing bras." The founder of the blog Park Slope Parents is urging her readers to donate, calling Paperno the neighborhood's "unsung hero."
