It's not quite Loehmann's, but at least it's something. The Shophound noticed that Marshall's signage near West 77th and Broadway is now much more visible since scaffolding for the apartment building above came down.
There's no official opening date yet, but since the storefront still looks pretty rough from the image, it's safe to guess that it won't be ready before Loehmann's closes forever in March just a few blocks. The post noted that Marshall's parent corporation, which also owns discount chains TJMaxx and HomeGoods, has been making a push to open more NYC stores in recent years.
