It's time for the second installment of Racked Fit Club—monthly free fitness classes at some of the city's best gyms, hosted (but not taught) by us. This time we're headed to SYNCSTUDIO, located at 133 South 2nd Street in Williamsburg, this Monday, January 27th at 6:15pm.
The class is stand-up cycling focused on synchronizing with the rhythm of the music—get a taste of what they play here—and we have 30 bikes to fill. Just shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Racked Fit Club" and your full name. Attendees should bring a pair of firm-soled sneakers or cycling shoes (their bikes accommodate SPD and Delta Look cleats). Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to get set up on your bike.
We'll be accepting participants on a first-come, first-serve basis. Those who send emails after the first 30 have been received will be put on a wait list. If more slots open up or someone cancels, we'll contact those on the wait list in the order the emails were received.
