Insane Steals at Dagny + Barstow's Warehouse Sale

The Dagny + Barstow warehouse sale kicks off today at their Bowery boutique, with deep discounts on women's clothing and accessories. We stopped by a day early to get a quick preview of the sale, finding the shop's well-known selection of up and coming international designers—including Sophie Hulme, Roseanna, Illesteva, and Timo Weiland—all included in the sale. It's safe to say the prices at this warehouse sale are much lower than other famous warehouse sales, and it offers a much more pleasant atmosphere to shop.

The biggest discounts were on the first rack when we walked into the space, with Francis Leon leather jackets for $200, marked down from $1,700 and leather leggings from Stoles and Kaelen for $80. Also on this rack we found an embroidered Roseanna jacket, lined in shearling for $150, a perfect piece to carry you through until spring.

Pullover sweaters from Cardigan and embellished sweatshirts from Mother of Pearl are $50, while quirky graphic tees from Devastee and Swash London are $30 to $40. Chunky sweater dresses in primary colors from Au Jour Le Jour and Roseanna flannel plaid shirts are great deals at only $80.

As for handbags, there was a small but mighty selection, including Sophie Hulme leather tote bags for $185, an oversized purple velvet clutch by Reece Hudson for $109 and an array of graphic Lizzie Fortunato clutches for $205.

If you are in the mood to start shopping for spring, Illesteva sunglasses are only $80 and a rack of spring clothes from last year is marked at $10 to $20, including Swash London floral leggings and a silk floral crop top and short set from To Be Adored.

Although there are a few dressing rooms in the back and one full length mirror in the center of the boutique, we expect this sale to be crowded, so come prepared with patience and appropriate undergarments.
