"Warehouse sale season: It's officially a thing." If the New York Times says it, then it must be true. And thank goodness that it is, since the sample sale selection is typically slim this month.

Some amazing boutiques like International Playground and Bird are clearing out their (still totally relevant) fall/winter merchandise to make room for the spring lines, while Delicate Raymond and WiNK are closing up shop for remodeling and relocation, respectively, and need to purge their merch.
