Bowery Boogie reports that the Steve Madden Warehouse at 100 Rivington Street is set to close. Store windows read "Everything Must Go," and a spokesperson confirmed the store's departure, but without giving a reason. A chatty sales associate says it's because the landlord doesn't want to renew the lease on the store, which has operated in that location for six years. There is no end date announced at this time, so scoop up those $19.99 party heels while you can.
