Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Downtown accessories shop Delicate Raymond Jewelry Bar will close Monday and emerge Friday, January 24th with the new addition of The Mark Project. The new in-store "micro-boutique" will be curated by stylist Mark Howell, offering "affordable women's clothing from local NY designers for the downtown working girl."

In the meantime, Delicate Raymond needs to clear out some inventory. Beginning tomorrow, they'll launch a weekend-long 70% off Remodeling Sale. There will be a party Friday evening at the shop with drinks and in-store specials. The sale runs through Sunday.
