Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Today is the last day to sign up for Aqua Studio's Clean Start Challenge. The aquacycling studio's January reset is two-pronged, for a full healthy habit overhaul. The first component is a two week cycling challenge, where they dare you to take ten of their underwater cycling classes between January 11th and 25th ($300). The second leg is nutritional, comprised of a ten day nutritional detox ($180, January 13th through 22nd), led by Aqua Studio Master Instructor Emma Galland. The detox includes two workshops (the first one is tomorrow!), daily e-mail support from Emma, and a gift bag. For both the fitness challenge and detox, you'll pay $450.
More into watching this challenge from behind the computer screen? Participants—including this Racked editor, who (full disclosure) was offered a gratis spot in the challenge—will be logging the experience on Aqua's blog.
