Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

COLUMBUS CIRCLE—Get crafty next week with West Elm and Erica Domesek of P.S. I Made This. On Thursday the 12th, the store will host the DIY blogger as she leads a graphic lacquer tray workshop from 6:30 to 8:30pm at the Broadway location. The session will run you $85 but includes all of the materials needed, and a copy of her new book, P.S.—You're Invited (purchase tickets here). After the workshop, there will be a book signing from 7:30 to 8:30pm, which is free to attend. [RackedWire]

UPPER EAST SIDE—Meet shoe designer Alexandre Birman while shopping the fall collection this Sunday at Saks Fifth Avenue. From 2pm to 4pm, you'll enjoy cocktails, snacks, and a gift with purchase. RSVP to abirman@saks.com. [RackedWire]

MIDTOWN EAST—You're invited on a "stylish journey through time" with Tissot at Bloomingdale's. The Swiss watch brand has installed an exhibition tracking its history within the store's fine jewelry department. The exhibit opens tomorrow and will run through the 15th. [RackedWire]
