Greene Street has seen its fair share of new tenants lately, which within the past few months have included Saint Laurent, Warby Parker, Chloé, and the soon-to-be Proenza Schouler. Today, WWD reports that Halston Heritage has settled in at 59 Greene Street.

The shop opened up over the weekend, and WWD writes that CEO Ben Malka is pretty optimistic. He explains that at the Madison Avenue flagship, "We've had an enormous conversion rate, much higher than we would have thought. Almost half of the people who walk in buy. I've never seen anything like that. We are building a very strong consumer base."
