The 2013 Racked Awards are coming up on October 10th, and after three reader votes this month, it's time to announce all of the nominees. To refresh, the categories—ranging from Coolest Pop-Up Shop to Best New Store—include contenders that really killed it this year in terms of offering up phenomenal, and often innovative, retail experiences.
