Saks Fifth Avenue has partnered with ABC's Scandal on a window display revealed last night. Costume designer Lyn Paolo and Scandal's star Kerry Washington collabed on the display, which includes a few custom mannequins designed to replicate Washington.
Paolo said of the alliance with Saks, "We strive on Scandal to create an elegant world within the often chaotic world of Washington [D.C.] intrigue. What better partner could we have than Saks, which has always stood for elegance and style. I hope we are able to create that visual image on Scandal—we want our audience to lose themselves in the story but also in the secondary story that the costume reveal." The small army of Washington look-a-likes, and corresponding co-stars, sport Saint Laurent, Oscar de la Renta, Donna Karan and more.
