A tipster sent in the above image, informing that the Splendid store in Cobble Hill is now open. Located at 142 Court Street, the LA-based basics brand is right across the street from the proposed—and protested—J. Crew site. News of Splendid's lease signing in the Brooklyn neighborhood broke about two months ago, making this an impressively quick turnaround.
