CHINATOWN—The annual Hester Street Fair Stylist Tent Event returns Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Stylists, editors, and bloggers dump out their overstuffed closets for the public to shop, while designer Mandy Coon DJ's. Additionally, there will be two mobile vintage shops and a vegan food bar.
