All's quiet on the Proenza Schouler front at 121 Greene Street, where the brand is planning its second Manhattan store (and first downtown). The tentative opening date is sometime this fall, but the lookbook-covered scaffolding has been removed in favor of a very nondescript facade.
Taped to the door, though, is a handwritten note that reads: "PLEASE KEEP THIS DOOR SHUT AT ALL TIMES."
