The owners of South Brooklyn's Columbia Street CrossFit will expand to the Williamsburg waterfront early next month. The gym will operate within the Green Desk building on Kent Avenue, and makes for the neighborhood's second CrossFit option, following CrossFit Virtuosity.

Corresponding with a rise in residents, restaurants, and retail, fitness options in the North Brooklyn neighborhood have been on the rise. Earlier this year, SoulCycle launched its Brooklyn outpost by way of the 'burg, while smaller studios, including Sync and Torque, have chosen the area as a debut location.
