Patagonia's Bowery Surf Shop Will Finally Open Next Week

It was over a year ago that Patagonia announced a Bowery location and now, finally, they have an opening date. Bowery Boogie reports that the store, which is billed as a Surf Shop, should open "early next week (most likely Tuesday)." Originally scheduled for a fall 2012 opening, Sandy-related setbacks delayed the debut.

Peering inside the plywood door left open by construction workers, it looks like the entrance is finished. Racks inside are beginning to be populated with hanging clothing, and an illuminated fish sign crowns the facade.
