Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Women's boutiques and sister stores Teddy and Lucia are both closing their storefronts in Park Slope and opening up a joint space together at 202 5th Avenue. The merger will be called "The New Teddy," and according to a sign posted on the storefront, it'll "bring you the best of all your favorite styles and brands plus much, more more in one fabulous, new location. No word yet on what's taking over their old spaces, or if any similar plans are in the works for their respective other locations.
