It's an issue of age in this week's Critical Shopper, which takes Jon Caramanica to Saint Laurent on Greene Street: "The women's collection is in the front, a mix of 1970s diva socialite and 1993 grunge chic. This is where fear sets in: the conservative pieces might be too conservative, and the younger pieces might undermine the brand." [NYT]
