It's been almost a full week of street style goodness without the reigning queen, Anna Dello Russo. At last, She has graced New York with her wacky presence, popping up in a grungey Saint Laurent runway look, then changing into a full-on gown from Oscar de la Renta in the evening. Uncharacteristically, she carried a super-practical iPhone case with a wrist attachment that didn't look like something from a mall kiosk.
