Rumor has it that Bikram Yoga NYC and Barre3 are dueling over 8 Jay Street in Tribeca. Bikram has four NYC studios farther uptown, while Barre3 is franchised nationwide, but doesn't yet have a presence in the city. [Tribeca Citizen]
