Consignment chain Second Time Around will open the doors to its Stuy Town shop in the third week of July, DNA Info reports. The new store, at 334 First Avenue, will be the resale retailer's 10th NYC location and—sorry, guys—will stock only womenswear.
The company's CEO explains that each outpost tries to cater its buys to the local flavor. Of the merch you can expect to find at the new Stuy Town location, he said, "You won't see H&M, Forever 21 or Fossil. Are we going to take Gap products? Probably not." As is standard at all Second Time Around stores, consigners can bring in merchandise and will receive 40% of the selling price, with 90 days to reclaim the item.
