It's July, you're sweating, might as well burn some calories. Head to Pier 25 tonight for a sesh with Lauren Imparato of I.Am.You Yoga— which is billed as a "kick-your-ass yoga experience"—compliments of Lolë. The activewear brand just released their mid-summer calendar of freebie fitness classes, five in total, all of which go down at the pier from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

On July 30th, Michelle Mason from Uplift Studios will host a circuit-style workout. August 6th will see "the toughest workout east of the Mississippi" lead by 10 time Ironman Dr. Jordan Metzl, August 13th will offer up a free Barry's Bootcamp sesh, and August 20th features Jolynn Baca Jaekel of IntenSati which "combines empowering affirmations with interval training." Just show up and sweat, which you were going to do anyway.
