Beth Flickinger, a tourist who recently visited the Toys R Us flagship in Times Square, is suing the maker of the store's M&M candy dispensers. According to the suit, a "bin containing 25 pounds of light blue M&Ms toppled" down on her, resulting in "excruciating headaches, a herniated disk, loss of income and a diminished sex life." [NYDN]
