What Retailer Will Scoop Up This Madison Avenue Mansion?

The massive Villard Mansion at the New York Palace Hotel is looking for a new tenant, and the Commercial Observer writes that it's being marked toward flagship retail tenants and corporate users. The space clocks in at 27,000 square feet, encompasses six floors, and includes a courtyard. Oh, and it's also undergoing a $125 million renovation.

The article explains that "Northwood Investors is focused on finding a single user," and "potential tenants could include apparel brands, jewelry companies and auction houses. Place your bets!
