After 25 years on Third Avenue, shoe salon Chuckie's has lost its lease. To close up shop, they're throwing a monthlong 25 Year Sale from June 25th through July 25th. Discounts run from 40% to 70% off and each week the discounts will increase. Additionally, there will be a $25 "Daily Steal" on a single pair of shoes, to be posted on the store's Instagram account a day prior. The sale will only be good at the original 1073 Third Avenue location—the locations on Lexington and Madison Avenues will remain open and thus no moving sale.

You'll need to RSVP for opening day—which is tomorrow—on the store's Facebook page. At the sale, you'll find over 2,000 pairs of shoes, boots, bags, and jewelry will be on offer from brands like Alexander Wang, Chloe, Costume National, Stella McCartney, and Tory Burch. After the jump, specifics on what you'll find.

Example prices include a pair of Jimmy Choo slide sandals for $199 (from $325), a Valentino espadrille wedge for $269 (from $545), a Giuseppe Zanotti stiletto sandal for $539 (from $1,350), Lanvin ballet flats for $219 (from $550), and last but not least, Yves Saint Laurent Tribute sandals for a pretty remarkable $379 (from $1,275).
