ABC Carpet & Home added a restaurant, now restaurant il Buco is adding home goods. Is restaurant slash lifestyle store the new model slash DJ? After years of restaurant guests commenting on how they wanted to bring the experience of il Buco home with them, owner Donna Lennard conceptualized il Buco Vita, a collection of tableware and accessories. Working with her Italian partners Antonello and Lorenzo Radi, a collection including ceramic dishes, hand-blown glass, linens, candles, tiles, and more was born.
The line officially launches in September, but a public preview will open tomorrow, June 25th, at the il Buco Alimentari & Vineria loft space at 53 Great Jones Street. You'll be able to shop the Italian artisan-made goods and antiques through Thursday, June 27th, from 11am to 5pm daily.
