Beauty brand Lush is adding an Upper East Side store to its New York arsenal this summer. Slated for a mid-June opening, it will be the brand's fifth Manhattan location, joining outposts in Union Square, Soho, Herald Square, and the Upper West Side.

In addition to their handmade beauty product offerings, they'll also offer facials, sampling, consultations, and demos at the new location. The shop, at Third Avenue and 86th Street, isn't to be confused with the spa opening we heard rumors of late last year. The company operates spas in the U.K. with a treatment lineup that includes a Validation Facial—"a life affirming facial to enhance your natural beauty"—which sounds just about right for the Upper-ish East Side of Lexington Avenue and 61st Street.
