Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Ralph Lauren's Denim & Supply store—the first in New York City and the second in the U.S.—opened today on University Place, inside the former home of the now-shuttered Rugby brand. We stopped by to check it out last night, and as you can see from the photos above, it's wall-to-wall denim, along with shirts, dresses, and anything else you might want to pair with it.
We'll be posting a full photo gallery of the store after the long weekend, but if you're looking for some Americana red, white, and blue to ring in Memorial Day, you might want to stop by in person.
