Brittany Pham, a vintage vendor at the Brooklyn Flea, has just added a standalone Greenpoint shop to her repertoire. The boutique, called MAHPs Vintage and located at 110A Nassau Avenue, sells women's vintage clothing and accessories at modest price points: tops range from $14 to $32, bottoms are $16 to $28, dresses and jumpers are $18 to $42, shoes are $24 to $36, and accessories are $18 to $48. That's a hell of a lot cheaper than some of the other vendors.

Pham told us, "I haven't left the flea completely. I'm still there every Sunday—I love it too much to let it go! The opening of the store has always been a dream of mine, and after so many years at the flea, the timing seemed right. It's the perfect way to give all my friends and customers a place that they are welcome to visit whenever they'd like. I was so excited about the grand opening I bought way too much beer, so come by and have one!"
