The Line Outside the Comme des Garçons Sale Began Around 3am

The line for today's Comme des Garçons epic archival sale is also currently of epic proportions: the line at 127 W. 30th Street goes to about the end of the block, and the sale still has another half hour before opening.

The first person in line got there at 3:20am, the second at 4:30am, and one of our tipsters said that by 6am there were about twelve people in line. For a full report of what to expect from inside—and that's a lot—head here.

Update: One of our tipsters says there are probably at least 500 people on line now—maybe 600.
