Everyone is going straight-up punk crazy right now. With the Costume Institute's Punk: From Chaos to Couture exhibit a little more than a week away, designers are all getting in the spirit through special collaborations, capsule collections, and in the case of Thom Browne, the reissuing of limited-edition items. And why not? After all, the Met Ball is a mini industry of its own.
Starting on Thursday, the Thom Browne store at 100 Hudson Street will exclusively sell a few items from the label's fall/winter 2012 men's collection, including the jacket above. For proof that Browne was doing safety pins as accessories before the Met said they were cool, here's a video of the fall runway show that was recently uploaded to the brand's Facebook.
